Ingredients
- 18 Oreo cookies
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups whipped topping
- Mini Oreos for garnish
Instructions
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of your cups.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
- Gently fold in whipped topping.
- Layer the cheesecake filling over the crust, adding extra Oreo chunks if desired.
- Top with whipped topping, crushed Oreos, and a mini Oreo for an elegant touch.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
