Description

Indulge in these easy No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars that blend creamy peanut butter and smooth chocolate for a nostalgic treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter


Instructions

  1. Line a 9 x 9 inch baking pan with parchment paper; set aside.
  2. In a bowl, blend the peanut butter and melted butter using an electric mixer.
  3. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, blending until just combined.
  4. Press the mixture into the prepared pan using a rubber spatula or damp hands.
  5. Refrigerate the base for 20 minutes until slightly firm.
  6. For the chocolate topping, melt the chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Use 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted.
  7. Spread the melted chocolate over the cooled bars.
  8. Refrigerate until hardened, and then cut into small squares.
