Ingredients
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 4 cups dashi broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions
- Add the sliced onions to a pot over medium heat and sauté until they are soft and caramelized.
- Pour in the dashi broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the soy sauce and miso paste, mixing until well combined.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
