Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, diced celery, diced red bell pepper, and sliced green onions. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, chopped basil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
