Description

A simple yet stunning dish that turns a humble cauliflower into a golden centerpiece, perfect for any dining experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 whole cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem so it can sit flat.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture all over the cauliflower, making sure to cover it thoroughly.
  5. Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet, and roast for about 40-50 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For an extra kick, add crushed red pepper flakes to the spice mix. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to four days.
