Ingredients
- 1 whole cauliflower head (medium or large size)
- 1½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Yogurt tahini sauce
- Chermoula sauce
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
- Pita bread
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and prepare the cauliflower by trimming off any excess leaves and ensuring it is clean.
- Drizzle 1½ tablespoons of olive oil over the cauliflower, coating it evenly on all sides.
- Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of salt over the surface.
- Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until charred on the outside and tender on the inside.
- For added char, place it under the broiler for a few minutes, monitoring closely.
