Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Clean the cauliflower, removing any leaves or blemishes.
- Trim the stem to create a stable base and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Rub the oil mixture over the entire head of cauliflower, ensuring it is well-coated.
- Place the cauliflower in a baking dish and cover it loosely with aluminum foil to retain moisture.
- Roast for about 30-40 minutes.
- Remove the foil during the last 10 minutes to brown the top.
- Check for tenderness using a fork; it should easily pierce the head when done.
- Remove from the oven. Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs for added flavor.
