Description

Delicious white chocolate mousse tartlets with a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for family gatherings and special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup fresh raspberries, for garnish
  • Caramel sauce, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of tartlet pans to form the crust.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool.
  5. In a double boiler, melt the white chocolate over simmering water. Let it cool slightly.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  7. Gently fold the melted white chocolate and vanilla extract into the whipped cream until well combined.
  8. Spoon the mousse into the cooled tartlet crusts.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  10. Before serving, top with fresh raspberries and a drizzle of caramel.

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate for a richer flavor, and ensure your cream is whipped to soft peaks for the best mousse texture.
