Description

A fun and portable twist on the classic wedge salad, featuring crispy lettuce, savory bacon, juicy tomatoes, and creamy blue cheese dressing.


Ingredients

  • 8 (1-inch) wedges of iceberg lettuce
  • 4 strips of cooked bacon, cut in half
  • 8 grape tomatoes
  • 8 bamboo toothpicks
  • 8 teaspoons blue cheese salad dressing
  • 8 teaspoons crumbled blue cheese, or more to taste


Instructions

  1. Thread each lettuce wedge onto a bamboo toothpick.
  2. Add a piece of bacon, followed by a grape tomato.
  3. Repeat this process until all toothpicks are filled with the ingredients.
  4. Arrange the completed toothpicks on a serving platter.
