Description

A refreshing watermelon smoothie featuring fresh watermelon, frozen strawberries, bananas, and a zesty lime twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh watermelon, cut into chunks
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • Juice and zest of half a lime
  • 2 tbsp vegan yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup


Instructions

  1. Add the fresh watermelon to your high-speed blender, ensuring it’s the first ingredient.
  2. Layer the frozen strawberries and bananas on top.
  3. Follow this with the lime juice and zest.
  4. Spoon in the vegan yogurt and drizzle in the maple syrup.
  5. Cover the blender tightly with the lid.
  6. Blend everything on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  7. Pour your smoothie into a glass or a hollowed-out watermelon rind for fun presentation.

Notes

Freeze bananas and strawberries ahead of time for best results. Adjust maple syrup to taste.
