Ingredients
- 1 pound venison or beef, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 12 ounces egg noodles
- 1 cup fresh white mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until soft.
- Add the venison or beef pieces to the skillet and brown on all sides.
