Ingredients
- 500 mL almond milk
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 grams spirulina
- Optional: Bee pollen and cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- Gently heat the almond milk in a saucepan over low to medium heat, avoiding boiling.
- Once heated, stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the spirulina powder until fully dissolved, using an immersion blender for a smooth consistency if available.
- Optionally, sprinkle bee pollen or cinnamon on top before serving. Enjoy in a clear glass to showcase the vibrant color.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use unsweetened almond milk or combine with a splash of coconut cream. Always measure spirulina accurately to avoid overpowering flavors.
