Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk (240 ml)
  • 1/2 cup silken tofu (120 g)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds (40 g)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (14 g)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (30 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 ml)
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  3. Add 1/4 cup of chia seeds to the blender.

  6. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the blender.
  7. Add a pinch of salt to the blender.
  8. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  9. Pour the mixture into a bowl or serving dishes.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow it to set.
