Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) sesame oil
- 1 bunch broccolini (7-8 sticks)
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1 cup (150 g) mushrooms
- 1 green onion
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sesame seed
Instructions
- Combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, sesame oil, and cornstarch to create the sauce.
- Cut all the vegetables into slices. Preheat a wok over medium-high heat and pour in the sesame oil. When the oil is hot, toss in the vegetables and stir-fry them until they are tender yet still crisp, about 7 minutes.
- Pour in the prepared sauce and let it cook for a few more minutes, stirring continuously until it begins to thicken.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
