Instructions
- In a blender, combine the ripe bananas, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and honey or maple syrup if desired.
- If you want a creamier texture, add yogurt to the mix.

- For a chilled version, add ice cubes to reach your desired consistency and blend again.

Notes
