A vibrant and flavorful marinade that enhances your carne asada, combining citrus, soy sauce, garlic, and spices for a perfect grilling experience.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 medium white onion, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, minced
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Mexican oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt


Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth for about 30-60 seconds.
