Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber (about 300 g)
  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained (about 142 g)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (about 30 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt (about 15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (about 15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (about 4 g)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (about 4 g)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery (about 30 g)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion (about 40 g)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water.
  2. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
  3. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds, creating a hollow center.
  4. In a medium bowl, add the drained tuna.
  5. Add mayonnaise and plain yogurt to the bowl.
  6. Pour in the lemon juice.
  7. Add the chopped fresh dill and parsley.
  8. Mix in the finely chopped celery and red onion.
  9. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  10. Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined.
