  • 1/2 cup (75g) fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (75g) fresh grapes
  • 1/4 cup (30g) dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup (30g) dried mango slices
  • 1/4 cup (30g) almonds
  • 1/4 cup (30g) cashews
  • 1/4 cup (30g) pistachios
  • 1/4 cup (30g) walnuts
  • 4 oz (115g) beef salami, cubed
  • 4 oz (115g) beef gouda cheese, sliced
  • 4 oz (115g) brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) honey
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) plain yogurt
  • 1 small bunch fresh mint leaves


Instructions

  1. Arrange the pineapple slices on one side of a large serving board.
  2. Place the mango slices next to the pineapple.
  3. Add the papaya slices beside the mango.
  4. Arrange kiwi slices in a small cluster on the board.
  5. Scatter the strawberries near the kiwi.
  6. Add a handful of blueberries in a small section of the board.
  7. Place the grapes next to the strawberries.
  8. Arrange the dried apricots and dried mango slices in a small area.
  9. Create small piles of almonds, cashews, pistachios, and walnuts.
  10. Cube the cheddar cheese and place it on the board.
  11. Slice the gouda cheese and arrange it next to the cheddar.
  12. Slice the brie cheese and place it in a small section.
  13. Pour the honey into a small bowl and place it on the board.
  14. Serve the plain yogurt in a separate small bowl on the board.
