Description
A vibrant and refreshing thick strawberry smoothie bowl that’s perfect for breakfast or a snack, customizable with endless topping options.
Ingredients
- 1 cup organic frozen strawberries
- 1/8–1/4 cup milk of choice (oat milk recommended)
- Optional toppings: chia seeds, granola, fresh fruit, honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Add frozen strawberries and milk to a blender.
- Start the blender on low speed.
- Use a tamper tool to push fruit down towards the blades. If you don’t have a tamper, turn your blender off every half minute and scrape down the frozen fruit toward the bottom of the blender.
- Keep blending and pushing down until there are no frozen strawberries remaining.
- Scoop into a bowl.
- Add toppings of your choice.
- Enjoy!
Notes
For a thicker consistency, use less milk initially and adjust as needed. Blend patiently to achieve a smooth texture.
