Description

A vibrant and refreshing thick strawberry smoothie bowl that’s perfect for breakfast or a snack, customizable with endless topping options.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic frozen strawberries
  • 1/8–1/4 cup milk of choice (oat milk recommended)
  • Optional toppings: chia seeds, granola, fresh fruit, honey or maple syrup


Instructions

  1. Add frozen strawberries and milk to a blender.
  2. Start the blender on low speed.
  3. Use a tamper tool to push fruit down towards the blades. If you don’t have a tamper, turn your blender off every half minute and scrape down the frozen fruit toward the bottom of the blender.
  4. Keep blending and pushing down until there are no frozen strawberries remaining.
  5. Scoop into a bowl.
  6. Add toppings of your choice.
  7. Enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker consistency, use less milk initially and adjust as needed. Blend patiently to achieve a smooth texture.
