Ingredients
- 2 green mangoes, peeled and julienned
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup fried shallots
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 red chili, thinly sliced (optional)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine the julienned mangoes, fish sauce, and lime juice in a large bowl.
- Toss well to coat the mangoes evenly.
