Description

A refreshing Thai mango salad with green mangoes, fish sauce, lime juice, and crunchy toppings that brings vibrant flavors to any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 green mangoes, peeled and julienned
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 cup fried shallots
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 red chili, thinly sliced (optional)
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Combine the julienned mangoes, fish sauce, and lime juice in a large bowl.
  2. Toss well to coat the mangoes evenly.
  3. Add the chopped peanuts, fried shallots, cilantro, and optional red chili, mixing gently.

Notes
