Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 cup shredded carrots

- Rice paper wrappers
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the lean ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce to the meat. Stir well until fully combined and let the mixture simmer for a few minutes.
- Incorporate shredded carrots and chopped bell peppers, cooking until the vegetables are tender.
- Soften rice paper in warm water for about 10-15 seconds, then lay it flat on a clean surface.
- Add a portion of the beef and vegetable mixture to the center, topped with fresh basil leaves.
- Roll up tightly, tucking in the sides as you go, to secure the filling within the wrapper.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later enjoyment.
