Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 servings of ramen noodles
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- Shredded vegetables (optional, e.g., carrots, spinach)
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken thighs until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes per side.
- Add the teriyaki sauce to the skillet, cooking until the chicken is coated and sticky. Remove from heat and slice.
- Combine chicken broth, miso paste, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a pot. Bring to a simmer.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and add to the broth.
- Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with sliced teriyaki chicken, green onions, and any additional vegetables. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
