  • 1 pound (450 g) ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon (12 g) minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon (12 g) minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) erythritol or any keto-friendly sweetener
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) sesame seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground beef to the skillet.
  3. Cook the beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned.
  4. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium.
  6. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger to the beef.
  7. Stir in the gochujang and chili flakes.
  8. Add the erythritol and stir well to combine.
  9. Cook for 3-4 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
