Ingredients
- 1 pound (450 g) ground beef
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon (12 g) minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon (12 g) minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) erythritol or any keto-friendly sweetener
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet.
- Cook the beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned.
- Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
- Reduce the heat to medium.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger to the beef.
- Stir in the gochujang and chili flakes.
- Add the erythritol and stir well to combine.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
