Description

Recreate the classic Taco Bell Beefy Melt Burrito with ground beef, cheesy goodness, and creamy sour cream, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup pico de gallo (optional)
  • 1 can nacho cheese sauce (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water as per package instructions; mix well. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a tablespoon of sour cream in the center.
  4. Add a portion of the beef mixture, cheddar cheese, and pico de gallo if using.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  6. Optionally, drizzle nacho cheese sauce inside before folding.
  7. Heat the rolled burrito in a skillet until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
