Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce (for cooking)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about one inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs in the Crockpot.
- Pour 1 cup of sweet chili sauce over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
Notes
For easy cleanup, consider using non-stick cooking spray in your Crockpot. Experiment with different sweet chili sauces for varying spice levels.
