  • 4 ounces (115g) mozzarella cheese cubes
  • 4 ounces (115g) feta cheese
  • 4 ounces (115g) halloumi cheese
  • 1/2 cup (75g) pretzels
  • 1/2 cup (75g) whole grain crackers


Instructions

  1. Rinse the strawberries, grapes, and pineapple chunks under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Arrange the strawberries, grapes, and pineapple chunks in separate sections on a large serving board.
  3. Place the dried apricots next to the fresh fruits on the board.
  4. Arrange the mixed nuts in a small pile on the board.
