  • 1 cup (240 ml) (165 grams) fresh cherries
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) (75 grams) dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) (60 grams) almonds
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) (60 grams) walnuts
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) (85 grams) honey
  • 1 French baguette
  • 4 ounces (113 g) (113 grams) crackers


Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries, blueberries, grapes, and cherries thoroughly.
  2. Pat the fruits dry with a clean towel.
  3. Slice the Brie, Cheddar, and Gouda cheeses into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Slice the French baguette into thin rounds.
  5. Arrange the Brie, Cheddar, and Gouda on one section of the charcuterie board.
  6. Place the strawberries, blueberries, grapes, and cherries in separate sections on the board.
