  • 8 ounces (227 g) beef pastrami slices (225 grams)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cheddar cheese cubes (115 grams)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) mozzarella cheese slices (115 grams)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) hummus (240 milliliters)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) mixed olives (150 grams)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cherry tomatoes (150 grams)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cucumber slices (150 grams)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) carrot sticks (150 grams)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) mixed roasted nuts (150 grams)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) assorted crackers (100 grams)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) mixed fresh berries (150 grams)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) honey mustard dip (120 milliliters)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) barbecue sauce (120 milliliters)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) fresh basil leaves (20 grams)


Instructions

  1. Arrange grilled chicken skewers on one side of a large serving board.
  2. Place beef sausages next to the chicken skewers.
  3. Neatly fold and arrange smoked turkey slices beside the sausages.
  4. Fold and place beef pastrami slices adjacent to the turkey.
  5. Scatter cheddar cheese cubes near the meats.
  6. Fan out mozzarella cheese slices beside the cheddar cubes.
  7. Spoon hummus into a small bowl and place it on the board.
  8. Arrange mixed olives in a small bowl and set next to the hummus.
  9. Distribute cherry tomatoes around the board for color.
