Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup granola (optional)
- 1/4 cup nuts or seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Greek yogurt and honey until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
- Top with sliced strawberries, granola, and nuts or seeds, if using.
- Freeze for about 240 minutes or until solid.
- Once frozen, break into pieces and enjoy your refreshing snack!
