Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all-purpose flour, sourdough starter, warm water, sugar, salt, and matcha powder in a large mixing bowl and stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 4-6 hours until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Shape the dough into a loaf and transfer it to a greased loaf pan, allowing it to rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow the loaf to cool before slicing.
