- 2 cups vanilla cookies (crushed)
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup strawberries (pureed)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup strawberry crunch topping
Instructions
- Prepare the cheesecake crust by mixing crushed vanilla cookies with melted butter until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form a base.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the strawberry puree to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well blended.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream to maintain its airy texture. Spread this filling evenly over the crust in the springform pan.
