Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup strawberry protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the pitted dates, rolled oats, almond flour, and strawberry protein powder.
- Add the almond butter, coconut flakes, vanilla extract, and chopped strawberries.
- Pulse until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
Use fresh, ripe strawberries to enhance flavor. If the mixture is too sticky, dampen your hands while rolling.
