Description
Delightful strawberry cheesecake Oreo truffles blend gluten-free Golden Oreos and dairy-free cream cheese for a satisfying dessert.
Ingredients
- 30 Gluten-free Golden Oreos (1 12-ounce package)
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 3.5 ounces dairy-free cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 2 cups dairy-free white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Pulse the gluten-free Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor until they turn into fine crumbs. Set aside two tablespoons of the crumb mixture for later use.
- Add the dairy-free cream cheese cubes to the food processor and pulse until the mixture combines and forms a large ball, ensuring it’s not too crumbly or sticky.
- Scoop about one tablespoon of the mixture and shape it into small balls. Place the balls on a tray and freeze until hard (30 minutes to an hour).
- Melt the dairy-free white chocolate chips in the microwave or over the stove. Dip each frozen ball in the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the truffles back on the tray. Decorate with drizzles of leftover chocolate and sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture on top.
- Let the chocolate coating set before serving.
Notes
For variations, try different freeze-dried fruits like raspberries or blueberries. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for freshness.
