Description

Delightful strawberry cheesecake Oreo truffles blend gluten-free Golden Oreos and dairy-free cream cheese for a satisfying dessert.

Ingredients

  • 30 Gluten-free Golden Oreos (1 12-ounce package)
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 3.5 ounces dairy-free cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups dairy-free white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Pulse the gluten-free Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor until they turn into fine crumbs. Set aside two tablespoons of the crumb mixture for later use.
  2. Add the dairy-free cream cheese cubes to the food processor and pulse until the mixture combines and forms a large ball, ensuring it’s not too crumbly or sticky.
  3. Scoop about one tablespoon of the mixture and shape it into small balls. Place the balls on a tray and freeze until hard (30 minutes to an hour).
  4. Melt the dairy-free white chocolate chips in the microwave or over the stove. Dip each frozen ball in the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  5. Place the truffles back on the tray. Decorate with drizzles of leftover chocolate and sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture on top.
  6. Let the chocolate coating set before serving.

Notes

For variations, try different freeze-dried fruits like raspberries or blueberries. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for freshness.
