Description

A rich and creamy milkshake blending strawberries and cheesecake, perfect for summer indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 5 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups (8 scoops) vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1/2 of a 6-inch store-bought cheesecake, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (for topping)
  • Homemade strawberry sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the homemade strawberry sauce: Prepare one batch of Homemade Strawberry Sauce and chill completely.
  2. Blend the ingredients: Combine vanilla ice cream, cheesecake pieces, and crushed graham cracker crumbs in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding 1/4 cup of chilled strawberry sauce if desired.
  3. Prepare the glass: Drizzle some strawberry sauce into the glass before pouring in the milkshake mixture.
  4. Finish the serve: Pour the milkshake into the prepared glass, and top with whipped cream made from cream cheese, a drizzle of strawberry sauce, a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs, and a fresh strawberry. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Use fresh, ripe strawberries for optimal flavor. Adjust consistency to your liking by adding more ice cream for thickness or strawberry sauce for fluidity.
