Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups (590 ml) diced fresh Strawberries
- 2 cups (480 ml) vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) melted coconut butter
- Honey to drizzle (optional)
Instructions
- Cover a 9 1/2 x 13 inch baking pan with a sheet of parchment.
- In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of the strawberries, yogurt, and coconut butter, and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the combined mixture to the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
- Scatter the leftover strawberries on top and, if desired, drizzle with honey. Place in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
- When ready to serve, break off a portion of the bark and savor it!
