Ingredients
- 8 Flour tortillas
- 5 cup (360 ml) s Brown sugar
- 3 sticks Butter divided in half
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s Cinnamon
- 1 cup (240 ml) Heavy whipping cream
- 1 block Cream cheese
- 5 cup (360 ml) s Powdered sugar
- 5 teaspoon (8 ml) Vanilla
Instructions
- Set your oven to 350 degrees to preheat.
- Melt some butter and combine it with brown sugar and cinnamon. If the mixture is too runny, allow it to rest or chill in the fridge for a bit.
- Spread this mixture over the flour tortillas, then roll them up and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Arrange the slices upright in a greased glass baking dish, approximately 8×11 inches.
- Evenly distribute the heavy whipping cream over the top of the rolls.
- Bake in the oven for about 22-25 minutes. For a slight browning, increase the temperature to 450 degrees for an additional 5 minutes.
- As the rolls bake, prepare the frosting by blending softened cream cheese, the remaining butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drizzle your desired amount of frosting over the baked cinnamon rolls. Use less if preferred, as the frosting recipe might be generous.
