This Starbucks Copycat Lemon Loaf captures the delightful flavor of the popular cafe treat, featuring a moist crumb and zesty lemon aroma.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (for icing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy in another bowl.
