Description

Delightful Starbucks-inspired cake pops that blend the familiar flavors of cake with the fun of portable snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix
  • 1 cup frosting (vanilla or cream cheese)
  • 1 bag melted candy coating (white chocolate or colored)
  • Lollipop sticks


Instructions

  1. Bake the vanilla cake mix according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. Crumble the cooled cake into a bowl, mixing in the frosting until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a tray.
  4. Freeze the balls for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the candy coating according to package instructions.
  6. Dip the tip of each lollipop stick into the melted candy, then insert it into each cake ball.
  7. Dip each cake pop into the melted candy coating, allowing excess to drip off.
  8. Place the cake pops upright in a stand or foam block to set.

Notes

Use a cookie scoop for uniform balls and ensure cake balls are chilled before dipping. Get creative with toppings!
