Ingredients

  • 2 lbs shrimp, deveined
  • 1 lb crab legs
  • 1 lb mussels
  • 2 ears of corn, cut into halves
  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 4 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Optional: parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add salt and Cajun seasoning into the boiling water.
  3. Toss in the baby potatoes and cook for 10 minutes, allowing them to soften.
  4. Add the corn halves and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Introduce the shrimp, crab legs, mussels, and minced garlic to the pot.
  6. Squeeze the lemon juice into the pot and drop in the lemon halves as well.

  8. Drain the pot and serve hot. Add extra lemon and garnish with parsley if desired.
