Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk (240 ml)

  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (15 ml)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1 cup of rolled oats and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
  2. Add 1 cup of almond milk to the bowl and stir well.
  3. Dice the medium apple and add it to the oat mixture.
  4. Stir in 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts.
