Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats (80 g)
- 1 cup almond milk (240 ml)

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (12 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (15 ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1 cup of rolled oats and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
- Add 1 cup of almond milk to the bowl and stir well.
- Dice the medium apple and add it to the oat mixture.
- Stir in 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg.
