Ingredients
- 1 cup sourdough discard
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup water (adjust as needed)

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the sourdough discard, flour, and salt until combined.
- Slowly add water until a dough forms.
- Knead for a few minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball out into thin circles.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side until lightly browned.
Notes
Allow the dough to rest for a few minutes before rolling out for better texture. Experiment with different flours and cooking oils.
