Description

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup water (adjust as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the sourdough discard, flour, and salt until combined.
  2. Slowly add water until a dough forms.
  3. Knead for a few minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball out into thin circles.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side until lightly browned.
