Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1½ cups of water, ½ cup of sourdough discard, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir until well blended.
- Gradually add 4½ cups of all-purpose flour and 2 teaspoons of salt to the wet mixture, mixing until a shaggy dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
- Place the kneaded dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it with a kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
