Description

These soft and moist banana muffins are made with ripe bananas and chocolate chips, capturing the essence of comfort food in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl using a fork.
  2. Stir in the melted butter until blended.
  3. Mix in the baking soda and a pinch of salt.
  4. Incorporate the sugar, followed by the beaten egg and vanilla extract.
  5. Add the all-purpose flour and mix until just incorporated.
