Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl using a fork.
- Stir in the melted butter until blended.
- Mix in the baking soda and a pinch of salt.
- Incorporate the sugar, followed by the beaten egg and vanilla extract.
- Add the all-purpose flour and mix until just incorporated.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
