Delicious and nutritious S’mores Protein Balls, combining oats, almond butter, and chocolate for a satisfying snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and protein powder. Stir until well combined.
- Add chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut (if using), and a pinch of salt. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
Consider adding nuts or seeds for extra texture. Adjust the sweetness with honey or maple syrup to your liking.
