Description

Delicious and nutritious S’mores Protein Balls, combining oats, almond butter, and chocolate for a satisfying snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and protein powder. Stir until well combined.
  2. Add chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut (if using), and a pinch of salt. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

Consider adding nuts or seeds for extra texture. Adjust the sweetness with honey or maple syrup to your liking.
