Description

A fun twist on classic burgers, these tacos combine seasoned ground beef and cheese in crispy tortillas, bringing excitement to mealtime.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 taco-size flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Seasoning of choice
  • Oil for greasing the cooking surface
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp pickle relish
  • Shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • Pickles, sliced


Instructions

  1. Mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, and relish in a small bowl to create a sauce.
  2. Divide the ground beef into six portions and smash each onto a tortilla, seasoning with choice.
  3. Grease your cooking surface with oil.
  4. Cook tortillas beef-side down for about 2 minutes, flip, and top with cheddar cheese.
  5. Continue cooking for 1-3 minutes until tortillas are crispy and beef is cooked.
  6. Remove from heat and add desired toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.
  7. Fold tacos and enjoy.

Notes
