A fun twist on classic burgers, these tacos combine seasoned ground beef and cheese in crispy tortillas, bringing excitement to mealtime.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 taco-size flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Seasoning of choice
- Oil for greasing the cooking surface
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp pickle relish
- Shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- Pickles, sliced
Instructions
- Mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, and relish in a small bowl to create a sauce.
- Divide the ground beef into six portions and smash each onto a tortilla, seasoning with choice.
- Grease your cooking surface with oil.
- Cook tortillas beef-side down for about 2 minutes, flip, and top with cheddar cheese.
- Continue cooking for 1-3 minutes until tortillas are crispy and beef is cooked.
- Remove from heat and add desired toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.
- Fold tacos and enjoy.
Notes
For a spicier option, add diced jalapeños or hot sauce. Store leftovers separately.
