Description

Discover how to make tender Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites and Potatoes with this easy recipe. Perfect for busy days, enjoy a savory meal with minimal effort!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb (680 g) beef stew meat
  • 1 bag mini potatoes
  • Seasonings of your choice
  • 1 stick butter, sliced into small er pieces
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Coat the inside of your slow cooker with a non-stick spray.
  2. If you have the time, browning the beef pieces first can enhance their flavor and appearance, but you can also put them directly into the slow cooker straight from the package; both methods are effective.
  3. Place the beef stew pieces on one side of the slow cooker, and the mini potatoes on the other. Drizzle some oil over the potatoes and sprinkle your preferred seasonings over everything.
  4. Distribute the minced garlic over the beef and potatoes as evenly as possible.
  5. Arrange the sliced butter on top of the beef and potatoes.
  6. Secure the lid and cook on a high setting for 4 to 5 hours until the beef is thoroughly cooked and its internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
  7. The dish boasts a rich, buttery taste, so I recommend pairing it with simple sides like a salad or steamed broccoli. Enjoy!
