Ingredients
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 28 oz. tomato sauce
- 20 oz. diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. rosemary
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add salt and elbow macaroni, cook for about 4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Drain the macaroni and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and diced onion.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Add minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce; stir to combine.
- Pour in tomato sauce and diced tomatoes, mix thoroughly.
- Sprinkle in oregano, basil, rosemary, parsley, thyme, salt, black pepper, and paprika; mix well.
- Add the drained macaroni to the skillet, reduce heat, and stir gently to combine.
- Cover and let simmer for 5-10 minutes until pasta is al dente.
- If desired, mix in cheddar cheese to melt before serving.
