Description

Ingredients

  • 12 oz (340 g) frozen artichoke hearts, roughly 3 cups
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp (3 ml) Homemade Seasoned Salt
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice, fresh squeezed, optional
  • Homemade Ranch Dip
  • My addictively delicious Horseradish Sauce


Instructions

  1. Open the package of frozen artichoke hearts; pour oil and optional lemon juice over them, then shake to ensure even coating. Add seasoned salt and toss once more to combine.
  2. Set your oven to 425 degrees F, cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper, and place a baking rack on top.
  3. Lay out the seasoned artichoke hearts in a single layer on the prepared cookie sheet with baking rack and bake in the center of the oven at 425 degrees F for 45 minutes until they are lightly browned.
  4. Take them out of the oven, allowing them to crisp up more as they cool. Move to a plate and serve with a cold dip of your preference.
  5. Heat your air fryer to 375 degrees F.
  6. Put the seasoned artichoke hearts in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally as desired.
  7. Take them out of the air fryer, allowing them to crisp up more as they cool. Move to a plate and serve with a cold dip of your preference.
