Ingredients
- 12 oz (340 g) frozen artichoke hearts, roughly 3 cups
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp (3 ml) Homemade Seasoned Salt
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice, fresh squeezed, optional
- Homemade Ranch Dip
- My addictively delicious Horseradish Sauce
Instructions
- Open the package of frozen artichoke hearts; pour oil and optional lemon juice over them, then shake to ensure even coating. Add seasoned salt and toss once more to combine.
- Set your oven to 425 degrees F, cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper, and place a baking rack on top.
- Lay out the seasoned artichoke hearts in a single layer on the prepared cookie sheet with baking rack and bake in the center of the oven at 425 degrees F for 45 minutes until they are lightly browned.
- Take them out of the oven, allowing them to crisp up more as they cool. Move to a plate and serve with a cold dip of your preference.
- Heat your air fryer to 375 degrees F.
- Put the seasoned artichoke hearts in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally as desired.
