Description

This comforting dish of marinated chicken breasts and baby potatoes is roasted on a single sheet pan, making it perfect for busy nights while delivering delicious flavors.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
