- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt (5 grams)
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) black pepper (1 gram)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh parsley, chopped (15 grams)
- 1/2 tablespoon (8 ml) lemon juice (7.5 milliliters)
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and trim the stems if necessary.
- Slice the mushrooms into even pieces for uniform cooking.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet in a single layer.
- Cook the mushrooms for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to brown.
- Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the minced garlic to the skillet.
